Script Doctoring Services

Script Polish

This deals with primarily with the improvement of dialogue, description, clarifying or changing the tone and scene modification without major plot changes and general script formatting issues. The script polish starts with a story meeting to make sure we are clear about your expectations. Then we will perform a Total Script Analysis, followed by a second story meeting to discuss all the areas for improvement and ensure we stay in harmony with your vision.

Script Rewrite

This caters for scripts with great concept but which are in need of extensive further development in areas such as character, plot, dialogue, scene development, conflict mapping, structure and script formatting. Then we will perform a Total Script Analysis, followed by a second story meeting to discuss all the areas for rewrite and ensure we stay in harmony with your vision and determine the best course of action.

Developing A Complete Script

This is designed to develop an idea from concept to completion. The script can be developed from an original idea, treatment form, a short story or book of which the writer or producer owns the rights. We will create a storyline for the client and on approval will proceed to the treatment and first draft stages of the project.

Book To Script - Adaptation

This analysis report focuses on all the major story elements and the book’s adaptability to film. This consists of:
